Sanjay Kumar Sharma, the founder of Tillu Lab, is a student of life with a deep understanding of human behavior. He completed his studies at IIM Calcutta, one of the premier management institutes in India, and then worked in major pharma giants such as Kabi Pharmacia. Later, he pioneered digital projects in a major steel corporation in India, where he gained extensive experience in understanding and analyzing human behavior in a corporate setting.

However, Sanjay’s passion for understanding human behavior led him to settle down with his wife and venture into early childhood education. During this time, he began to explore the role of personality in shaping a child’s development into adulthood and the factors that affect the fate of human beings. His interest in personality development led him to collaborate with psychologists, counselors, and mentors from different walks of life to create Tillu Lab.

Through Tillu Lab, Sanjay aims to provide a comprehensive platform for personality assessments that can help individuals of all ages gain insights into their personality, strengths, weaknesses, and behaviors. His extensive experience in the corporate world and his passion for understanding human behavior have enabled him to create a platform that combines the latest technology with the expertise of experienced psychologists, counselors, and mentors.
